The gateway to a young child's heart is through the five senses

Pray for your children and the other classroom workers throughout the week

You can see how many children are in each country by viewing the "Population Pyramid" for that country.  This is a graph which clearly shows, by age, the population in the country you are interested in.  We have written the steps below, so you don't have to  spend a lot of time trying to figure out how to find the "Population Pyramid."

1. First, Click here to go the US Census Bureau International Data Base. The page will open in a new window.  You can keep this window open in order to read these instructions.

2. Choose the country you are interested in from the drop down menu.

3. Click on submit.

4. You will see the "Demographic Indicators."  Near the top of the page, click on the box labeled, "Population Pyramids."  This will display the graph showing the population by age.

5. If you want to see another country, there is a drop down menu near the bottom of the page where you can choose a different country.
